técnica que conocí y decidí no soltarlo… El breathwork Transformacional, con el paso
del tiempo, he descubierto que es una vía directa y efectiva hacia la autoliberación, el
empoderamiento personal y la transformación interior, utilizando la herramienta más simple
y poderosa que todos poseemos: la respiración.
